Standard shipping : 7/25 business days
Express shipping : 7/15 business days
As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link. The link is active when the carrier has picked up and scanned your shipment, which is why the link may not work the minute you receive it in the shipping confirmation. Please use the tracking number provided to track your order and see the scheduled day of delivery. The courier won’t be able to contact you via phone and will attempt to deliver your parcel three times.
Payment for the order can be carried out:
- Online - payment on the site using your payment card.
- At the time of receiving your order from the courier or at the office of the operator of logistics services "New Mail".
- Cash or by means of your payment card. There is no commission for the transfer of funds.
We are very sorry that there is a need to return the package. We will do our best to make the return procedure as simple and convenient as possible.
An order placed through the site can be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of its receipt.
If you changed your mind and want to return your item(s), you have 14 days to place a return request online and post your parcel. This 14‑days period does not include the shipping.
When your return is received, we do our best to refund you as soon as possible. The refund may take up to 14 days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer. We will issue the refund in the form of payment originally used for the purchase, unless you have explicitly requested something else in your refund request. Please note, we do not make refunds to third parties. We are unable to refund shipping fees for your order.
